1st time buyer and their customer service was on point & their pieces are nice! Bought 3 pipes, 1 was a water bong and it came slightly damaged with slim crack, I only notice the crack bc after hours later of living it sitting with water in it, I came back to a small puddle around the bong from a leak. contacted SmokeDay and they made it right, so glad they were not a hassle to deal with. I'll def buy from them again. Thank you!
